The location here is fantastic, very close to the top tavern "Giannoulis" and my room had climate control, a TV, and a refrigerator.

The owners are super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Pick-up and drop-off from the port was a major plus. They stored our luggage and even let us use the shower in another room. The rooms were nice and clean with a great view. The pool was clean and refreshing. Everything was in easy walking distance, including supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars, and the beach. As lone female travelers, we felt safe. Eva, the housekeeper, made us feel very welcome.
Felt totally at home, no reason to complain.

The decoration at the hotel was simply delightful. The soft pastel colors used throughout the general areas created a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the children working there were incredibly attentive and helpful, ensuring I had a comfortable stay. The hotel's convenient location, just 80 meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Prokopios, made it easy for me to take leisurely walks and enjoy the soothing sound of the waves.
If I could ask for one thing to make my vacation even better, it would be to have more handrails installed in the common areas. This would provide extra support for senior guests like myself, making it even safer and easier to navigate around the hotel.

This hidden gem is located just steps away from the stunning Agios Prokopios beach, making it the perfect base for a beach vacation. The nearby bus station allows for easy exploration of the surrounding area, and the best tavern "Giannoulis" is just a short walk away. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with kitchenettes and balconies, offering a home away from home experience.
The Wi-Fi can be a bit weak at times, which may be inconvenient for those who rely on a strong internet connection.

We had an amazing stay at Nikoletta Studios! The value for money was unbeatable, with clean and comfortable rooms and a breathtaking view. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful beach and everything we needed. The staff, especially Eva, was incredibly friendly and helpful, even picking us up from the port and providing great recommendations.
Breakfast choices could be more diverse for a better start to the day.

Found a supermarket, had a swimming pool, enjoyed the sun terrace. Also, free parking and a coffee/tea maker, how fancy! The cherry on top: a flat-screen TV for my entertainment.
The smell from the beach made me appreciate the stagnant pond nearby. Lovely.

The room at Nikoletta Studios was cozy and comfortable, with a homely feel that made me instantly relaxed. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing me to prepare simple meals whenever I wanted. The free WiFi and flat-screen TV were great for entertainment purposes. The en-suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower was a nice touch, making it convenient for a quick refresh. as a budget traveler, I found the room to be perfect for my needs.
Although I enjoyed my stay at Nikoletta Studios, I personally found the lack of variety in the breakfast options a bit disappointing. However, I understand that this is just my personal preference and others might still appreciate the simplicity.
